MAKERS

Firstly, I was surprised to watch the video. This is because, a little girl uses soldering iron, and making something like adults do in the movie. Then, I thought that making things don’t care about their age, gender, or country. We can make anything!

Generally, they say, Japanese culture is “improve culture.” Japanese people make things improve, but does not innovate. When I heard that, I was surprised, because I thought that Japanese people innovated many things. However, actually, there are a lot of things ‘improved’ by Japanese. For example, camera, jeans, soy sauce, ramen, and so on. Sometimes, Japanese ‘improved’ things are more popular than original one. But I think that we (Japanese people) should be more creative. Japanese people are basically late crop. So we have to be more active, and positive to innovate like industry revolution. Because we are maker! “We don’t need huge lab.”
